E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Hosting
It is easy to configure forwarding for any e-mail address configured in a cloud hosting account from our company. You can do this either when you make a brand new e-mail address in your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel, or any time in the future because the forwarding may be enabled and disabled for every existing email address with only a couple of mouse clicks. It's also possible to choose if a backup copy of the incoming messages will be maintained on our servers, which is a pretty valuable option. This can be a fail-safe whenever the remote email address is not accessible for whatever cause, not mentioning that you will always have a copy of all of the e-mails. When this option is not enabled for a given e-mail address on our end, an incoming email will be received and sent forward, so zero record of it will stay on our server. If the remote mailbox is down temporarily, you will lose this e-mail.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you have a semi-dedicated server through us, it will take just a few mouse clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward any of the e-mails set up on our end to a third-party address. In the very same area you will additionally be able to observe how many of your email addresses are forwarded and exactly where the incoming e-mails are going. You can activate or deactivate a forwarding account at any time and during the process you could also decide if a backup copy of the emails has to be kept in our system or not. Even though this option isn't a must have, it is very handy because you will get a backup copy of the messages on our end in case that something happens with the third-party email address. Even when they have just a short-term issue, you risk losing e-mail messages as when our server receives and forwards a message, nothing at all will be stored on our end if you haven’t chosen a backup to be kept.
